The Maryland Stadium Authority has selected Gilbane Building Company to provide extensive renovations to M&T Bank Stadium, which will modernize the 25-year-old stadium located in Baltimore. The project architect is Gensler. The plans include a series of significant projects that, beginning this year, will enhance the fan experience. The topping out of the Adobe Restaurant and Clubhouse, the second phase of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Renovations project, was recently celebrated by Sundt Construction, alongside owners JDM and design partners Douglas Fredrikson Architects. The second phase of improvements includes a new clubhouse and restaurant with private dining room, ballroom and roof deck. The first phase of the project added a new golf shop, member facilities and cart barn. A contract was recently signed by BESIX Belgium-Luxembourg for the renovation of the 60,147-square-meter office building ‘the Hive,’ which is owned by BNP Paribas Fortis and located in the center of Brussels, Belgium.
