Regional Projects Manager

TCI Architects/Engineers/Contractors, headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin is growing. We are seeking a Regional Projects Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the business efforts of the TCI Select Projects Group. The successful candidate will lead new business efforts and oversee estimating, project management and marketing efforts related to these projects.  

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of a four-year degree in construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. A minimum of 10 years construction related experience in a leadership or a project management role is required. Candidates must have experience managing and leading a business, branch, or division and the proven ability to successfully manage and be accountable to a Profit & Loss Budget.

Our Regional Projects Manager must be well-versed in every aspect of the project — including contract details, the budget, and schedule. Successful candidates will be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to work well under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.   Interested candidates should have a strong work ethic and a high level of personal and professional integrity.

Compensation is negotiable, depending upon qualifications and experience.
