Project/Construction Management

Premier NYC Real Estate Owner/Development/Management Co. seeks hands-on Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years experience running numerous capital improvement and/or construction projects in residential, office and retail properties. Unique opportunity to budget, bid and build a wide variety of property improvement projects, all in great Manhattan neighborhoods. This is a high energy position that requires visiting several job sites daily, devoting great attention to detail while juggling multiple jobs simultaneously. All candidates must be knowledgeable and experienced in both interior and exterior renovations and construction, NON-UNION job running, including mechanical, electrical, Local Law 11, apartment renos & capital improvements. Must be computer literate, have financial analysis skills and must be able to oversee an in-house crew. College degree preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
