ORLANDO, Fla. — The Central Florida office of Charles Perry Partners, Inc., Oviedo, Fla., was awarded a $10-million construction management contract to build Orange County Public Schools” new Spring Lake Elementary School Replacement in Ocoee, Fla.
The 76,000-square-foot prototype elementary school designed by BRPH will feature a two-story administration/classroom building, cafeteria/kitchen, media center, resource rooms and skills labs to accommodate 625 student stations. A physical education pavilion of approximately 2,400-square-feet will also be constructed which will include a PE office, PE storage and boys” and girls”restrooms.
In addition, CPPI’s scope of work will also include play fields, outdoor activity areas, parking areas, separate bus loop and parent loop, and related site work. Currently, a June 2013 groundbreaking is anticipated.
