TCI Architects/Engineers/Contractor, Inc
Our business is growing and we are seeking to add experienced Superintendents to join our team. The successful Superintendent will be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and performance of all project disciplines on the worksite.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years hands-on construction experience and 5+ years supervising construction projects – $5-10 million or large required. (Minimum of 3 projects at this level.) Project Management experiences a plus. Trade specific experience and on-site experience required. Construction Management degree preferred but not required. Army Corps – CQC certification preferred or willing to obtain.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to be a problem solver. Excellent communication skills are essential and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
Compensation is negotiable, depending upon qualifications and experience.
