Orlando-Based Construction Manager Roger B. Kennedy Breaks Ground on New $21.5M Westgate Town Center

Westgate RenderingORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando-based construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. broke ground Nov. 11 for Westgate Resorts" new $21.5-million, 8-story Westgate Town Center, Building 6200, located in Kissimmee, Fla.

In making the announcement, Roger B. Kennedy, Jr., president, stated that the Kennedy organization has previously constructed over $250 million of projects at Westgate Resort in Kissimmee and Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando.

Slated for completion in April 2015, the 80-unit timeshare project, designed by General Design Architecture, Branson, Mo., will consist of 64 two-bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom units for a total of 176 keys.
