ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando, Fla.-based Williams Company Southeast completed the new $15.2-million, 113,000-square-foot Connextions Corporate Headquarters and Parking Garage, in Orlando, ahead of schedule in just over eight months.
The building and the parking garage are situated on a tight 10-acre site on John Young Parkway. The new parking deck includes metal screen panels along the south and west elevations, and is lighted with LED lighting.
Designed by Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Orlando, the Class A office space, 800-seat call center and 342-space precast concrete parking garage also had zero recordable accidents.
