UMass Boston has completed a comprehensive 25-year master plan that establishes for the university a framework for physical enhancements to its existing campus. The academic facility renovations project, an important component of this master plan, includes selective renovations at McCormack Hall, Wheatley Hall and potentially other campus buildings. This program will cost-effectively repurpose existing spaces to address current and future needs of the university. “
We are honored to have been selected to manage this important program,” said Jack C. Hobbs, FAIA, senior vice president and New England regional manager for Hill’s Project Management Group. “We are confident that we will help UMass Boston reach all of its project objectives,” added Hobbs.
