ARCO Welcomes New Team Members

Dunivan RARCO Construction, located in St. Louis, Missouri, has expanded its team to include two new superintendents, Chip Dunivan and Todd Ellmo.

Lindell “Chip” Dunivan, Jr., has more than a decade of experience to include numerous award-winning projects recognized by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and the Associated General Contractors. He successfully coordinated and managed the day-to-day on-site build operations and served as the primary field authority.

In his new role, Dunivan will directly manage the construction and administration of field operations including schedule, budget, safety and quality control. He joins ARCO after working as project superintendent for S.M. Wilson & Co. in St. Louis.

Dunivan is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and OSHA. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
 
Todd Ellmo has 25 years of leadership experience and an award-winning record of achievement in residential and commercial construction. He worked for more than a decade overseeing multimillion-dollar builds as a project manager for multi-family and municipal projects.

EllmoBizJournalIn his new role, Ellmo will directly manage the construction and administration of field operations including schedule, budget, safety and quality control. He joins ARCO after working as project manager for Crestwood Building Associates and Gundaker Commercial Construction. Ellmo also owned and operated Monarch Building Company in St. Louis.
