Integrated Builders Breaks Ground on State-of-the-Art Dealerships

ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders announced it has begun construction on new BMW and MINI dealerships in Rockland, Massachusetts, located off of Route 3 at Exit 14. Gallery Automotive Group's new 58,000 square feet of BMW and MINI showrooms and service facilities will replace BMW Gallery of Norwell in Norwell, Massachusetts.

The new location will provide expanded space for over 400 vehicles, more than 30 service bays and charging stations catering to the electric vehicle market. The high-visibility site along the Route 3 corridor is being developed by real estate firm, A.W. Perry, Inc. Integrated Builders will oversee construction management services and will be utilizing a design-build contract with Curtis Architectural Group.

As the new home of BMW and MINI on the South Shore, the Gallery Automotive Group looks to harness the visibility and high-traffic volume that the Route 3 location offers. The dealership will also utilize high-end materials and finishes that will be consistent with the distinguished BMW and MINI brands.
