NEW YORK, N.Y. — Lendlease recently topped out 56 Leonard in New York’s Manhattan. This project achievement signifies the completion of vertical construction of the uniquely cantilevered 60-story, 146-unit residential structure. This success brings Lendlease one step closer to project completion.
56 Leonard, an ultra-luxury residential tower designed by Herzog & de Meuron, boasts random cantilevered sparkling glass balconies and terraces rising 830 feet tall and houses an Anish Kapoor commissioned sculpture, sky estuary with a 75-foot infinity edge pool, outdoor sun deck, indoor/outdoor theater, library lounge and fitness center, yoga studio, steam room and sauna. Each unit features full floor to ceiling windows and private outdoor spaces that reveal breathtaking views in each direction of the city, rivers and further.
