SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Clark Construction Group has been awarded a contract to build the Park Tower at Transbay, a 43-story office building in downtown San Francisco, California.
A joint venture of The John Buck Company, Golub and Company, and Metlife tapped Clark to construct the 872,000-square-foot building, which features two below-grade levels of parking. The building’s façade will be comprised of curtainwall with glass fins. When complete, the tower will feature sky decks offering views of the city and the San Francisco Bay.
Designed by architect Goettsch Partners, Park Tower at Transbay is targeting a LEED Gold certification and will feature vehicle parking for alternative fuel automobiles and stormwater collection and reuse.
The project team marked the start of construction earlier this month with a groundbreaking ceremony.
Project completion is slated for the spring of 2018.
