ORLANDO, Fla.—Bob Lipscomb was recently named CEO at Williams Company. Having previously served as president, Lipscomb began his career with Williams Company in 1988. He is a licensed general contractor in five states and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida’s School of Building Construction.
Taylor Huddleston was promoted to president at Williams Company. A 23-year construction veteran, Huddleston joined Williams Company in 2000 and previously served as executive vice president. As president, he now has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations. Huddleston holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
Mark Brown, Luciana De Castro and Colin Williams also joined Williams Company as project managers, with Scott Kelley as superintendent. Brown has 25 years of construction experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction. De Castro has 15 years of construction experience and holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Fortaleza, both in Brazil. Williams has 14 years of construction experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction. Kelley has 23 years of construction experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction.
