Hill International Receives Two Contracts from Texas Tech University System

PHILADELPHIA, Pa., and LUBBOCK, Texas – Hill International has recently received two contracts from the Texas Tech University System, Department of Facilities Planning and Construction, to provide construction management services in connection with several new building projects.

The new Lubbock Education, Research & Technology Building and the West Expansion Building, located in the Lubbock, Texas main campus, are part of TTUS’s Texas Tech University Health Science Center and will feature approximately 150,000 gross square feet of flexible, open and modular high-tech interdisciplinary research laboratories, principal research investigator offices, core instrumentation facilities, a seminar room and academic offices and support space to foster the university’s growing research enterprise.

The new College of Health and Human Services Building, located in San Angelo, Texas and part of TTUS’s Angelo State University, will feature approximately 52,000 gross square feet of teaching laboratories, classroom spaces, a 100-seat seminar room, student study rooms, high-tech interdisciplinary research laboratories, a centralized administrative suite, faculty offices, an academic advising center and a support center for online program development and delivery.
