CHICAGO, Ill. – Lendlease recently celebrated the opening of River Point, an ultra-modern office tower located in Chicago’s (Illinois) West Loop. River Point is the first office tower to open in Chicago since 2009.
Lendlease served as the general contractor for the 52-story, approximately 1,350,000-gross-square-foot building. River Point features an impressive three-story lobby with views of the 1.5-acre plaza and Chicago riverwalk. The convex curtainwall design with efficient, column-free floor plates and floor-to-ceiling glass window wall allows for outstanding panoramic views of the city.
The building’s amenities include an advanced fitness center, formal dining and parking for 150 vehicles.
