412 Williamson Street Hotel in Savannah Tops Out

ATLANTA, Ga. – Winter Construction has topped out the new seven-story, 173-key hotel in the historic River Street area of Savannah, Georgia. With more than 175 attendees, the event celebrated the superstructure being completed and all of the hard work of the company, its partners and subcontractors.

The 412 Williamson Street hotel property spans an entire city block, and the hotel includes two levels of parking and retail space, and a total of 162,000 square feet. The hotel’s layout includes five levels of guest rooms, a fitness area, meeting space, a pool, a lobby bar, a restaurant on River Street and a rooftop event space and bar. The architect is Gunn Meyerhoff Shay, and the interior designers are FODA and Parts & Labor.

Winter has decades of experience building and renovating hotels, with projects including the Solis Hotel Two Porsche Drive next to the Porsche North America headquarters in Hapeville, Georgia, the AC/Moxy dual-branded hotel in Midtown Atlanta and the Residence Inn next to the Spruill Arts Center in Dunwoody, Georgia.
