Skanska has signed a contract with The Meridian Group & Rockefeller Group to build a new office building and movie theater in Tysons Corner in Virginia. The contract is worth $167 million.
Skanska will build the new 20-story, approximately 460,000-square-feet Class A office building, and a more than 107,000-square-foot movie theater both constructed over a shared 5-level, below-grade parking garage.
The office project will be seeking LEED Gold certification.
