PHILADELPHIA, Pa. and MIAMI, Fla. – Hill International has received an achievement award for the management of the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum Project in Miami, Florida.
Presented by the Construction Management Association of America, the museum project earned the 2017 Project Achievement Award in the category of Commercial, Sports, Entertainment and Hospitality. This category encompassed projects valued at more than $50 million.
For the $275-million Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum, the Hill team re-established budget and schedule baselines and implemented a work plan that required mobilizing a new general contractor to meet project goals and objectives. The museum enjoys views of Biscayne Bay and the Port of Miami, and features a self-supporting planetarium dome and a 500,000 gallon, cone-shaped aquarium.
