General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie is beginning construction on one of Charlotte, North Carolina’s most anticipated mixed-use projects, Ally Charlotte Center. Developed by Crescent Communities, this uptown property will house Ally Financial as its anchor tenant.
Crews have mobilized on the project to construct a 26-story, 742,000-square-foot office tower, as well as an eight-story parking deck. Future plans for the 3.54-acre property include retail space, a large public plaza and a hotel to be constructed and owned by White Lodging.
Brasfield & Gorrie is teaming up with Little Diversified Architectural Consulting as the architect-of-record on this project, which is set for completion in 2021.
