CHARLESTON, S.C. — JE Dunn Construction has completed Caroline, a seven-story, mixed-use apartment tower that is part of the city’s emerging WestEdge development in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
The building offers 237 luxury residential units, approximately 18,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant/retail space and a parking facility accommodating 1,000 vehicles. Tenants in the retail include Barre South, Bak’d and several other restaurants and shops. Caroline also offers resort caliber amenities to include a pool, club room and a full gym.
Caroline is a residential component of the 50-acre, mixed-use WestEdge research community connecting Charleston’s thriving medical and research district with the city’s historic downtown.
