Heartis Buckhead, a 19-story, 278,000-square-foot luxury senior living high-rise in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia, has bottomed out following the completion of extensive excavation and shoring activities on the below-grade portion of the project’s parking deck. Heartis Buckhead will feature 213 spacious apartments and a wide variety of amenities.
“It’s typical to celebrate topping out high-rise buildings, but our project had a long and complex excavation that was worthy of noting,” says Project Manager Pax Herrin of the Atlanta office of Brasfield & Gorrie, the general contractor responsible for overseeing project construction.
