HostDime and construction firm Robins & Morton recently celebrated the topping out of HostDime’s new Orlando-area corporate headquarters and data center in Eatonville, Florida.
When finished, the seven-story, 100,000-square-foot building will house the only enterprise Tier IV public data center in Central Florida, as well as adjoining offices, client-focused and community meeting spaces, sports court and a history of the internet museum. Tier IV is the highest level of reliability, with multiple levels of redundancy in a structure designed to withstand Category 5 hurricane-level winds.
“The technology ecosystem in Orlando has grown so much. We’re proud to bring this innovative data center to the Central Florida business community,” said Manny Vivar, CEO and founder of HostDime.
Mission critical IT data center facilities play a big role in being the home of the digital world and of data to the cloud, Vivar added.
