As The Link at Uptown luxury office tower in Dallas, Texas draws in tenants to its stunning location, TDIndustries celebrates the completion of the mechanical construction phase of the Design-Build project.
Over its three years of planning and construction with the owner and project partners Balfour Beatty, BOKA Powell and Kaizen Development, TD installed all of the HVAC, plumbing and building controls for the project, including three 300 ton chillers on the building’s roof.
Thoughtful planning early on influenced design decisions that will save future repair and maintenance costs throughout the life of the building.
