Cadence McShane Construction Awarded Contract for 1st Phase of Master-Planned Community in Austin

Cadence McShane Construction has been selected by Reger Holdings, LLC as the general contractor for the first phase of the EastVillage Master Planned Community.
EastVillage is a 425-acre master-planned community envisioned to be a robust and dynamic mixed-used development that will include commercial, residential, retail, hospitality and office buildings in the northeast side of Austin, Texas just outside the Samsung Campus.The first phase of the development is designed by Hatch + Ulland Owen Architects.

This current phase is a part of an overall development plan comprised of two, four-story mixed-use structures. This phase includes 422 residential units with retail and restaurant spaces on the ground level, as well as six, two-story mixed-use structures for retail, restaurant and office spaces. The Town Center Village Green is designed to host community events and weekend entertainment.
