IIF is a way of life — behavior, beliefs, values, symbols — that are accepted by all in an organization and communicated and imitated from one group to the next. He also discussed mental health issues impacting the construction trades and measures that can be taken to recognize signs of coworker difficulties.
The program was rounded out with nine industry roundtable discussions on topics including Making the Transition from Hard Hats to Helmets, Total Worker Health, New Hire Onboarding/Orientation and Balancing Safety vs. Production.
