McCarthy has formed a civil business unit for the company’s Southern region. Jeromy Shaw, senior vice president of operations, leads the civil business unit, focusing on clients in transportation, rail, aviation, renewables, water and commercial markets.
Shaw joined McCarthy in 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. In his previous role, Shaw was responsible for the oversight of the Dallas preconstruction team, leading preconstruction efforts for projects in key market sectors including roads and bridges, water and wastewater, renewable energy and marine market sectors.
