Sliding Compound Miter Saw Features Hold-Down Clamp

The new WORX Nitro 20V Power Share 7-1/4 inch Sliding Compound Miter Saw features an innovative hold-down clamp and Power Share PRO Battery. It is ideal for cutting trim and molding, building decks and making custom miter, bevel and angle cuts. The WORX Nitro benchtop miter weighs 21 pounds (with battery) and with its aluminum base construction weighs significantly less than a conventional 10-inch sliding compound miter saw.

The hold-down clamp is lever-operated and holds down the work piece on both sides of the blade. This maintains a stationary work piece throughout the cut. Power and performance are characteristic of WORX Power Share PRO batteries. Power Share PRO batteries provide improved power protection and runtime through an intelligent battery management system with cell-cooling technology. Each battery’s cell is wrapped in thermoplastic material to dissipate heat and maximize power and performance.
