Renegade Plastics Debuts Fully Recyclable Tarps, Drop Cloths

Renegade Plastics recently debuted its fully recyclable tarps and drop cloths for the building and construction industries. The drop cloth tarps are made from a low-carbon coated fabric that is free from lead, phthalates, dioxins, PFAS, VOCs and heavy metals, generates less carbon emissions than traditional coated fabrics and is safer for people, plants, animals and the environment. Their products are an alternative to the PVC-coated and cheap polyethylene fabrics that dominate the marketplace.

The fully recyclable tarps also feature eco-friendly recycled plastic grommets and are lighter-weight than traditional tarps. Use of the evolutionary fabrics will eventually count toward LEED certification for green architects and builders and can be used in a variety of ways, including, clear material for temporary plastic construction companies, awnings for construction and building, translucent fabric for building materials and polished materials for upholstery and awnings.
