Cadence McShane Completes McKinney Logistics Center – Building C

Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed the McKinney Building C industrial project, located in McKinney, Texas. The project was completed for CORE5 Industrial Partners.

The McKinney Building C industrial project is a warehouse featuring 279,356 square feet of industrial space. The project boasts a 32-foot clear height, 48 overhead dock doors and four drive-up ramps in a cross-dock configuration. The lot will have 50 trailer spaces and 249 parking spaces.

The project was a collaborative effort between Cadence McShane and Macgregor Associates Architects. The team worked closely together throughout the project, ensuring the facility was built to the highest standards of quality and functionality.
