Big-D Midwest, a member of the Big-D Construction Family of Companies, recently broke ground on The Landing at Amber Fields Apartments, a 160-unit housing development in Rosemount, Minnesota.
Coming in at just over 250,000 square feet, Amber Fields Apartments is part of the larger Amber Fields Development happening around this neighborhood that will feature new construction homes and future commercial space.
Working alongside Real Estate Equities and Urbanworks Architecture, Big-D estimates that the project will be completed in late 2024. The affordable housing project includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Community amenities include a club room, fitness room, underground parking, outdoor patio, playground and dog park.
