J.C. Rudden has been promoted to vice president of information technology at McCarthy Holdings. In this role, he will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of technology implementation at McCarthy, including strategy, business intelligence, field and enterprise applications, service desk operations, infrastructure and operations. He will replace Justin McFarland, who has been promoted to chief administrative officer at McCarthy.
Rudden joined McCarthy in 2021 as director, information technology infrastructure, overseeing network, information security and server operations. Prior to joining the company, he worked in a variety of leadership and technology roles across multiple industries.
