Faith Technologies Incorporated has been awarded a Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the third consecutive year by Mental Health America. The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is a national employer certification program that recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces.
“At FTI, we’ve worked diligently to bring mental well-being to the forefront of our overall wellness efforts,” said Mike Jansen, CEO. “At our jobsites and offices across the country, mental health conversations are normalized and are enabling our teams to know that we support their total health — mind, body and soul.”
The Bell Seal recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze recognition levels. One in four employers that completed the Bell Seal pre-assessment qualified for certification at any level. FTI achieved platinum status for the third consecutive year. Bell Seal recipients complete a comprehensive 58-criteria application of workplace policies and practices that influence worker mental health outcomes, including workplace culture, benefits, compliance and wellness programs.
“Prioritizing mental health awareness in the construction and manufacturing industry is not just about safety; it’s about creating a supportive environment where our team members can thrive both on and off the job,” said Alyssa Kwasny, FTI wellness program director. “When we prioritize mental health, we strengthen our teams, enhance productivity and build a culture of care.”
