Grady Lonigan Hired as Big-D Companies Vice President of Self-Perform 

Big-D Companies has announced the appointment of Grady Lonigan as the new vice president of Self-Perform.  

Lonigan joins Big-D with over two decades of expertise in concrete construction and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results on complex projects 

Lonigan is a third-generation builder whose career reflects an impressive journey through various roles in concrete construction. From estimating to division and regional management, he has developed deep insights into the project cycle and a reputation for fostering team growth and advancing construction capabilities.  

Before joining Big-D, Lonigan served as President of Lonigan Co., a consultancy specializing in concrete construction management. At Lonigan Co., he provided strategic guidance for complex projects, helping clients overcome construction challenges with innovative solutions that improved safety and productivity. 

Lonigan’s passion for innovation was also evident in his role as Director of Operations at PIKUS3D, where he helped develop market strategies for emerging concrete additive manufacturing technology. Additionally, his tenure as Director of Self-Perform Concrete for Swinerton Builders and Pre-Construction Manager at Baker Concrete Construction highlights his versatility and depth in cost control, resource management, and large-scale project leadership.
