
Mircon Construction recently received the Mental Health in the Workplace certificate from the Wellness Council of Wisconsin.The certificate is designed to help Wisconsin-based organizations build and sustain a mentally healthy work environment by focusing on five essential pillars: awareness and education, leadership engagement, policies and procedures, employee support and inclusion and measurement and growth.
