Curran Young Construction has hired two new superintendents — David Rosario and Rory Guilfoy — expanding the firm’s field leadership as demand for construction services continues across Southwest Florida.

Rosario has 25 years of experience in the Florida construction industry, with a portfolio that spans high-end mid-rise buildings, multifamily developments, townhomes and luxury homes. Throughout the course of his career, he has worked on projects across Southwest Florida during a period of significant regional growth.

In addition to his project experience, Rosario has been involved in several nonprofit rebuilding efforts and has served as a national trainer focused on residential construction and jobsite compliance. His background includes hands-on construction management and workforce training, with an emphasis on maintaining standards and consistency across jobsites.

Guilfoy began his construction career in downtown Seattle, Washington during a period of rapid expansion driven by major technology companies, where he gained experience managing complex, large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. He later relocated to Florida to continue his career in another high-growth market, working on major site and infrastructure scopes, including multifamily and amenity-rich developments.

A U.S. Army combat infantry veteran, Guilfoy brings a disciplined, structured leadership approach to project management, with a focus on execution and accountability in the field.
