The Cooper Court Residence Hall, located within the campus" residential hall “district,” addresses the university's housing needs for an expanding student population. The sustainably designed residence hall will include suite-style housing and common lounge areas for 400 students.
Designed by Collaborative Design Studio, Cooper Court Residence Hall will complement the rest of the university's campus architecture, featuring a brick veneer, state-of-the-art building systems and designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. The $31-million project consists of the demolition of multiple existing buildings and the construction of the 130,000-square-foot, six-story steel and concrete residential hall.
