Level 10's San Francisco office is overseeing construction of 181 Fremont Street, a 54-story mixed-use high-rise tower in downtown San Francisco, adjacent to the new Transbay Transit Center. Construction on the 681,000-square-foot LEED Gold project begins in November 2013, with occupancy expected in the second quarter of 2016.
At 800 feet, 181 Fremont Street is expected to be the second tallest building in San Francisco when it is completed, adding a dramatic focal point to the skyline. Designed by Heller Manus, 181 Fremont Street offers 404,000 square feet of Class A office space on 33 floors and 74 luxury condominium residences on the top 15 floors. It will connect by skybridge to a 5-acre park elevated on the Transbay Terminal.
In addition to mixed-use high rise projects, the San Francisco office of Level 10 will be working within a number of other sectors, including higher education, biotech, technology and corporate facilities.
