The 818,000-square-foot project is situated on a 47-acre site with three entrances onto the property and includes a 788,845-square-foot processing and distribution center with administration, maintenance and employee support areas and is located in Portland, Oregon. The distribution facility features areas specified for a Business Mail Entry Unit and United States Postal Inspection Services. The building consists of workroom, which houses fixed mechanization equipment and postal automation equipment, and a mail platform with a total of 92 dock positions.
Also included in the overall scope of work is a 29,000-square-foot vehicle maintenance facility with 15 service bays, two body shops and a full-service wash bay.
