PASADENA, Calif. — Donald Graul has been appointed executive vice president of Design-Build Construction with Parsons Construction Group. In this role, he will plan, direct and manage all activities of the design-build function of the firm’s North American organization. Graul rejoins Parsons after a brief tenure outside the firm as a senior vice president of global alternative delivery.

Graul has more than 33 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska. He is a registered professional engineer in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Design-Build Institute of America and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association.
