WOBURN, Mass. — Tocci Building Companies has entered into a collective bargaining agreement with The New England Regional Council of Carpenters. The agreement represents a mutual understanding of the demand for enhanced technology in the evolving building, design and construction industries, along with superior levels of safety training and practices.
Tocci and the NERCC share a mutual respect not only for technology in the building industry, but also for in-depth safety training and practices in the workplace. In 2014, Tocci was recognized by the Associated General Contractors of America for their 21st annual National Safety Award. The NERCC also promotes a high level of safety training for members of their apprenticeship program and offers ongoing continuing education courses at multiple facilities in New England.
“This partnership will yield positive results and new opportunities for our firm, as well as The New England Regional Council of Carpenters, due to a shared understanding of industry-leading building processes, quality of work and safety practices,” commented John Tocci, chief enabling officer at Tocci. “We look forward to collaborative efforts on new and notable projects while continuing to deliver highly efficient and cost-effective solutions to our clients in the future.”
