ROCHESTER, Minn. — The Rochester, Minnesota office of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has hired Jim Hoff, LEED AP, as project superintendent.
With more than 34 years in the construction industry, Hoff has deep experience working with owners, architects and project teams. He has managed hundreds of notable Minnesota projects, including Fairview Northland Medical Center, Princeton; Fairview Maple Grove Clinic, Maple Grove; Shelard Plaza West, St. Louis Park; Crosstown Racquet and Health Club, Eden Prairie; Mankato State Memorial Library, Mankato; Target Field Station and Riverside Plaza, Minneapolis and First National Bank, Minnesota Children's Museum, Bethesda Hospital, John Nasseff Heart Hospital, Children's Hospitals and Clinics and Children's Hospital St. Paul Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, St. Paul.
Hoff's projects have been completed with no lost time due to injuries or accidents since 1998. This accomplishment includes 500,000 self-performed hours of operations.
Hoff received his Certified Healthcare Constructor certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.
