GLENDALE, Calif. — Earlier this year, Clark Construction received the 2014 Disney West Coast Design & Construction Services Award. This is the first year that Disney has given the award and Clark is the first-ever recipient.
Filed under: NewsThe award, which is voted on by Disney’s national and global construction personnel, recognized Clark’s performance on recent projects, as well as Clark employees’ commitment to client service. Walt Disney Imagineering’s executives, David Van Wyk, vice president of project management and Craig Russell, co-executive leader, described Clark as one of their most important and valued partners.
In 2013, Clark delivered the 13-acre Cars Land attraction at Disney’s California Adventure Park. The company is providing construction management services for the 1,000-acre, $5-billion Shanghai Disney Resort located in the Pudong District of Shanghai, China.
