BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Hoar Construction and Dryvit Systems, Inc. form a first-of-its-kind national partnership program aimed at continuing to deliver high-quality exterior insulation and finish system manufacturing solutions to clients across the country.
The two inked the deal this month, and the partnership will include a standard 20-year warranty on full systems for Hoar-Dryvit clients, versus the current industry norm of 10 years.
Other exclusive benefits include:
- Priority onsite technical involvement with a Dryvit training assistant for Hoar and the applicator, as well as Dryvit participation in preconstruction and pre-installations meetings
- Priority engineering services, upon request, such as plan review, project-specific detailing assistance/development and water vapor transmission analysis
“The heart of our quality program is our Safety-Quality Preplanning Method, which allows our superintendents to present their plans for their job and get feedback and input from experts around our company,” said Quality Assurance Director Pape Fall. “Now those experts will include our partners at Dryvit, and we are encouraging all of our teams to take full advantage of having their experts shoulder-to-shoulder with us throughout the construction process.”
