Integrated Builders Hires Peter Barbosa as Project Superintendent

ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders has hired Peter Barbosa as project superintendent. Bringing over 20 years of diverse industry experience, Barbosa will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the firm's most complex and prominent projects.

In his new role, Barbosa will oversee all onsite construction phases through coordinated efforts with Integrated Builders" subcontractors and managers. Additionally, he will run day-to-day operations on construction sites, control schedules and coordinate efforts of all subcontractors, and lead overall project quality control.

Prior to joining Integrated Builders, Barbosa gained valuable experience serving as superintendent at Kaplan Construction, where he oversaw successful retail, municipal and residential builds. In this role, he was responsible for managing daily construction activities, supervising subcontractors, collaborating with architects on project plans and maintaining a safe work environment. Additionally, Barbosa worked to keep all developments in line with the project plan, budget and design intent.

In his free time, Barbosa is a dedicated family man and enjoys fishing and playing hockey. He has earned both his Construction Supervisor and Associated Builders and Contractors licenses.
