ITASCA, Ill. — Zach Gadomski has recently been promoted to the role of superintendent with PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC.
Gadomski earned the new role of superintendent by successfully completing more than 400,000 square feet in projects during his two years at PREMIER. He played a key role in the interior build-out at 2567 Greenleaf, a 110,000-square-foot complex industrial redevelopment. This involved targeted demolition of the existing building's interior docks and segmented re-utilization of the existing structure.
Additional tenant improvements and interior build-out projects that Gadmoski guided include UTI and Christie Lites. He is also recognized for his work on office remodels for Thermamax, Norandex and Vynera. He was involved with office build-outs at Midwest IT, Henry Schien, Pepperidge Farm and PREMIER's corporate offices. He is supervising construction of more than a 50,000-square-foot expansion of a pharmaceutical facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
Gadomski brings eight years of experience in construction and construction management to the job, including a year of underwater land surveying in Panama City, Panama. His background focuses on scheduling and estimating, contract negotiation and overseeing subcontractors on jobsites.
