Superintendent Mike Simzisko Joins CPPI

Mike Simzisko has recently joined Charles Perry Partners, Inc.’s Healthcare Division as a senior superintendent. With more than 30 years of experience, Simzisko has overseen the construction at several of the nation’s leading healthcare facilities throughout Colorado and the Southeast.

He brings extensive knowledge of healthcare construction to CPPI, and is a LEED certified professional.

In his downtime, Simzisko enjoys the outdoors. He can often be found skiing, rock climbing or kayaking along the country’s many wild waterways.
