OBO seeks responses from the nation’s top constructors to produce facilities of outstanding quality and value. Bidders must possess or be able to obtain a defense counterintelligence and security agency secret facility security clearance with secret safeguarding capability.
All submissions must be received by 3 p.m. ET on Oct. 20.
