John Nellans has joined The Christman Company as a project superintendent in the construction management and real estate development firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee.
“John’s diverse background in project management and construction supervision will enhance his position as he prioritizes safety, quality and schedule, while leading construction project teams,” said Marty Gibbs, senior vice president and general manager for The Christman Company’s operations in Knoxville. “We welcome him to the Knoxville team.”
Nellans joined The Christman Company following a successful tenure as a project engineer in Hawaii, where he managed projects in wastewater treatment, education and commercial renovations. He also has worked on pump station renovations, sewer rehabilitation and whole-school renovations. Nellans holds a journeyman carpenter certification.
