Swinerton Builders is supporting continued growth throughout the East Coast with new talent and promotions. New construction experts have joined the Atlanta, Carolinas and New York Metro divisions.
Joining the New York Metro division as director of client relations is Nicholas Schifferle. With 20 years of experience, Schifferle is in pursuit of commercial build opportunities throughout the Tri-State area, particularly seeking public-private partnerships and K-12 education opportunities. Nick Dinallo also joins the division as project executive with experience estimating, purchasing and building over $1 billion of commercial projects across New Jersey. Dinallo leveraged his wealth of knowledge and passion for ground-up construction to the state of New Jersey’s first public-private partnership development for Montclair State University.
Promoted to operations manager for the Carolinas division is Allan Williams who plays a key role in the firm’s operations, offering his Design-Build knowledge and extensive field expertise to the construction process. Ethan Zisk transfers from Swinerton’s Seattle, Washington office as project manager with 11 years of construction experience in markets such as K-12 education, office and parking structures. In addition, three Carolinas professionals were promoted to project executive:
- Carly Morris, a 17-year industry veteran who has completed $488 million of healthcare construction
- Kyle Bailey, a 14-year expert who has tackled $260 million in construction projects
- Thomas Ivy, a 13-year professional who has completed $239 million of builds and specializes in commercial interiors
In the Atlanta division, Mark Bommarito transfers from California as general superintendent, succeeding Bill Montgomery, who is retiring after 26 years of service. Since the early 2000s, Bommarito has been involved in $460 million of construction projects for Swinerton. Promoted to general superintendent of Self-Perform, Glenn Agan continues his four decades of construction experience, providing critical strengthening of the firm’s self-perform capabilities. Another Swinerton veteran, Pamela Chapman is promoted to division administrative manager.
Two additional Atlanta professionals have been promoted:
- Roya Vermillion, a 15-year industry veteran, is named director of preconstruction, leading a robust team of professionals
- Parker Schoening, a 14-year industry veteran, is appointed operations manager, ensuring operational excellence across all teams and prioritizing the client experience.
