Adolfson & Peterson Construction Begins Construction on Cook Children’s Arlington Primary Care Clinic

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, commenced construction on the interior build-out of a new Cook Children’s clinic in Arlington, Texas. Construction is expected to be completed by Jan. 2026.

The project involves the first-generation finish-out of an existing 6,734-square-foot, single-story shell building. Once complete, the space will serve as a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, treatment and lab spaces and a waiting area featuring a playroom for patients and their families, along with staff support spaces such as offices, a collaborative teamwork space and a break area.
